For our third discussion of phase II, we’d like to hear your views on coordination:

– How should Movement coordination for these tools be managed?

-How could we best bring the voices of beneficiary and first responders into the response?

– How can we help first responders deliver faster and better service to beneficiaries?

    Certainly on coordination step up field coordinator role that IFRC has tested in the past. Cooperation between different ERUs needs to improve to have a really integrated response.
    With beneficiaries, we need to work further with the host NS to improve our feedback and response mechanism with them.

    we need to use better local human resources; RDRT not easy to deal with as too inconsistent. Maybe need to train more RDRTs
